However, there is still a certain gap compared with the international advanced level. There are still many problems in core technology, industrial foundation, innovation system, industrial ecology and talent team, which must be solved with great efforts.
Ma Kai emphasized that accelerating the development of intelligent manufacturing is an important measure to seize the commanding heights of future development, promote supply-side structural reform, and accelerate the construction of a manufacturing power. All regions, departments and enterprises must adhere to intelligent manufacturing as the main direction of China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading, adhere to the promotion of enterprise entities and the government, strengthen overall coordination, improve policies and measures, promote pilot demonstrations, deepen open cooperation, and continue to promote it. First, we must deepen the collaborative research between industry, academia and research, and accelerate breakthroughs in a number of key technologies and core equipment in five major areas: CNC machine tools and robots, additive manufacturing, intelligent sensing and control, intelligent inspection and assembly, and intelligent logistics and warehousing. Second, we must strengthen industrial basic support, accelerate the research and development of core supporting software, promote the construction of the industrial Internet, and improve the intelligent manufacturing standard system. Third, we must focus on the four key points of intelligent production, networked collaboration, personalized customization, and manufacturing services, accelerate the cultivation of new models of intelligent manufacturing, and reshape the manufacturing industry chain, supply chain, and value chain. Fourth, we must focus on key areas, select key enterprises, and carry out the integrated application of key technical equipment and advanced manufacturing processes. Implement intelligent transformation in traditional industries and small and medium-sized enterprises. Accelerate the cultivation and formation of a group of high-level system solution suppliers.
